Participants of the Education for Victory #5 programme visited the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), in a meeting that served as an important platform for meaningful dialogue and the exchange of experience.
During the discussion, participants presented the progress and challenges of their respective sectors, spanning central government, the regional level, civil society, and the military and security environment. This multi-dimensional approach allowed for a comprehensive look at the challenges and opportunities facing Ukraine today.
Particular attention was given to exploring the boundaries of resilience and development: identifying where the system already demonstrates strength and where it requires further support. Participants also outlined key needs for improving future cooperation between Ukraine and its international partners.
The visit took place in the context of the long-term partnership under the Ukraine-UK 100-Year Agreement, which spans a broad range of areas from security and defence to recovery, economic development, institutional capacity, and support for democratic processes.
