On 30 April, participants of the Education for Victory #5 programme visited CRH, one of the global leaders in building materials and infrastructure solutions, playing a significant role in Ukraine’s reconstruction.
During the meeting, Pierre Bultez, Director of Government Affairs for Europe at CRH International, spoke about the company’s activities in Ukraine and its steadfast support for the country’s rebuilding and recovery efforts. He also emphasised CRH’s belief in the importance of education as a foundation for development and a key tool for overcoming crises.
Participants presented their own experience and shared insights across areas including public administration, defence, economic development, and social transformation, creating a platform for meaningful dialogue between Ukrainian change-makers and the international business community.
CRH has been a partner of Education for Victory since November 2025, when a Memorandum of Understanding and Support was signed between CRH, LSE IDEAS, and the programme. This partnership strengthens international cooperation and expands development opportunities for Ukrainian leaders.
