The program supports Ukrainian civil servants in post-war reconstruction
Through a four-week practicum, participants gain knowledge on global positioning, strategic planning and the latest economic and security trends from top professors from around the world, as well as connect with foreign decision-makers for effective rebuilding efforts.

Empowering civil servants for Ukraine’s future
The “Education for Victory” is a special educational program designed in cooperation with the LSE IDEAS foreign policy think tank for Ukrainian civil servants involved in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. The key mission of the program is to support the professional potential of management personnel of Ukraine for the effective and prompt restoration of post-war security and economy.
Learn from experts, connect with decision-makers
The program allows the participants to gain knowledge and experience in the fields of global positioning, strategic planning and the latest economic and security trends from top professors from around the world, including Nobel Prize winners. The program will also open direct access to foreign government and business representatives, who in the future will make decisions on the allocation of aid to Ukraine and the creation of joint projects.
Gain insight into global institutions driving Ukraine’s recovery
Over the course of the program, the participants will also be introduced to the work and instruments of the world’s biggest security alliances, nonprofit organizations, and financial institutions that could serve as crucial pillars for Ukraine’s reconstruction.
Candidate Requirements:
To be a citizen of Ukraine;
To demonstrate English language proficiency (level B2-C2);
To live in Ukraine permanently at the moment of participation in the program;
To have a clear motivation for and vision of Ukraine's recovery, reconstruction and development;
To be ready to dedicate 100% of their effort and attention to completing the course and developing the community;
To be involved in the planning process for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and society rehabilitation in post-war conditions;
