Served as an Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2020-2022) and Co-Founder of the Centre for Economic Recovery. Led the development of the National Economic Strategy 2030 and other key governmental policies.
Consults international organizations (USAID, UNDP, WBG, IOM) and private sector on development, investment, and export strategies. Co-authored 50+ policy papers, 100+ media articles, and reports.

Viacheslav Dubrovskyi
Head of the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources, Kirovohrad Regional State Administration
Started his career in the tax police in 2012 before transitioning to the patrol police of Kirovohrad region. In 2017, shifted to environmental protection, holding senior positions in the Department of Ecology in Zaporizhzhia.
Since 2021, serves as the Head of the Department of Ecology in Kirovohrad. Holds three degrees and is currently pursuing a PhD in ecology.

Previously headed her own law firm, Kairos Group, working on healthcare system reform and legal adaptation to EU standards.
Since 2022, served as an advisor to the Secretary of the National Recovery Council, coordinating the Ukraine Recovery Plan. In 2024, joined Ukraine’s delegation for EU accession negotiations.

Since the full-scale invasion, Oleksandr has been directing the work of the regulator to maintain communication and reconstruct the telecommunications infrastructure. Under his leadership, the country launched the first auctions for obtaining licenses for the use of radio frequency spectrum, attracting significant funds to the state budget and introducing mobile broadband throughout the country. Prior to that, Oleksandr held the CEO position at ING Corporate Finance and ICU, a Ukrainian investment bank.
